What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We use Personal data you provide us to deliver products and services, process your payments, and register you as a customer.
As an email subscriber we collect your name and email address, with your active consent, to send updates about our business.
As a customer we collect your name and email address, shipping information and contact number to fulfil your purchases at fleurallen.com and with your active consent, send updates and offers about our business.
This is a WordPress site and therefore does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users.
FleurAllen.com may set and access FleurAllen.com cookies on your computer. Cookies are used to provide our system with the basic information to provide the services you are requesting. Cookies can be cleared at any time from your internet browser settings.

These details are stored so that we can display your comment back to you, and to anyone viewing the comment sections on the site. We do not verify information entered nor do we require verification.

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations, businesses or individuals.
We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp to deliver our newsletter. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
